I was thrilled that I was able to reserve the only room that has a balcony... and it overlooks the canal. The air conditioning was excellent.
The food in the restaurant was superb, and the service was top-notch, plus you get a 20% discount as a hotel guest, and you can dine at a table right along the canal in front of the hotel.
It's only a few minutes walk to the stop for the Number 1 Boat, which is one of the major routes along the Grand Canal going in both directions, and it is also an easy walk to many of the wonderful sights of Venice.
The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
Best of all: for the services provided and prime location, this hotel was amazingly affordable.
I would highly recommend to anybody.

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."

"Rooms were large and could accommodate 3 people making it more cost effective. Breakfast was like a zoo - too many people with limited choice. Storing suitcases was 20 euros per suitcase- first time ever I have had to pay for storing a suitcase. Suggest staying in central Venice."

"This hotel pops up on you as it's in the middle of one of the small streets in Venice, but I was really happy with my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
