The staff was friendly and game me another room - that's the only reason for a 4 star on the staff helpfulness rating. The second room's toilet kept running the water non-stop."

"The room needed better lighting hard to see in hall mirror for makeup purposes. The outlets on lamps were not accessible because of the shape of the lamp. Our room was not cleaned up the 1st night we had two nights but with two separate reservations so they should have cleaned it up. The inconvenience having to check out 1st night and check back in before 11 am the following day because we had two reservations and being charged $50 refundable deposit each day even though we were the same people checking in and out and in again, seems silly and inconvenient."
