"The review for the hotel itself is a 5 star!! Rooms are very big and roomy. Hotel staff was amazing. The casino staff (in particular: the staff at the Players Club) were horrible. Customer service there was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I tried to get my veterans players card and they would not except an old military ID I had (which I get), so when I asked what I can show them (I was visiting from another city 4 hours away) another lady approached me and started the conversation out with “What seems to be your problem?” I proceeded to explain to her that I have been in customer service for over 25 years and that is NOT how you start a conversation with a customer. Anyway, I don’t have enough energy to type the rest. Just be aware of the customer service on the casino side. GREAT HOTEL though."

"I was told breakfast wasn't included with my stay and I was changed $4.95 for wifi and TV adaptor wasn't receiving network "

"The breakfast was adequate. The facility was excelllent. The A/C was a little noisy, but we had a great night’s sleep."

"Breakfast tasted like plastic scrambled eggs. Our room's door would not lock and I had to remind them twice about fixing it. The staff was friendly and game me another room - that's the only reason for a 4 star on the staff helpfulness rating. The second room's toilet kept running the water non-stop."

"Room was ok. No box spring on bed and bed was very firm. Was not comfortable for us. We did laundry, you need lots of quarters or you have to download an app and pay that way. We did not use any thing else but room and laundry so can't review more. The rooms are nice other then we like a more softer bed rather then firm."

"They offer a continental breakfast. Very good. Clean. Amazing staff. Spacious rooms. Excellent basic stay. Nothing fancy, everything you need. Walmart near by. 3 mins from the airport via car."
