"Clean, great staff, great location. The hotels on Costa Azul Beach discourage swimming in the ocean, which we did anyway, but i wish i knew that when booking. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The service is top notch. Food and drinks were great. It’s a smaller resort but it never felt over crowded which was nice. The infinity pools are awesome. Would recommend going to the Pergola for dinner, best restaurant at resort. "

"They offered us the chance to upgrade our room on arrival and we went for it! The swim up room was amazing for some private swimming time. The room was clean, the staff incredibly attentive. I have a ton of food allergies and had been fearful of what to expect but in both the on-site restaurants and the Buffet, the Waitstaff, Executive Chefs and Mangers were all so accommodating! Cannot say enough about the ladies in the Coco Cafe or the lovely bartenders in the Preferred Lounge either! We will definitely be back! "

"This hotel is always very clean, the staff are amazing -welcoming, helpful and very nice. The rooms are original decor and well maintained. Located right on a lovely beach and near many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is terrific. We have stayed here many times and highly recommend it. "
