I checked in April 29th and I should not have been able to check in being that they didn't have running water. I found out about no water once I got to the room and tried to wash my hands. I went back to the front and was told that they were having issues and the water will be on in an hour. We left and went to Cabo San Lucas for a few hours.
When we returned it was after 9pm and the water was still not working. I was told that it will be on within ten minutes. I turned the faucet on in the bathroom and left it on to know exactly when the water will start working. It was around 11pm before we had water.
I was told that a manager would be in the next morning to make some type of accommodations to the guests for this experience, but the manager never showed or so I was told. I checked on May 1st and the manger was still a no show. Danya at the front desk told me to contact Expedia and have an agent call them for a partial refund. Thank you Danya.
The hotel lobby looks nice, the ouside is very nice, but the walls and door in the room were dirty. The very thin blanket looked old and outdated. There were two outlets. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. My daughter hated the room so much that she refused to stay and decided that she would just hang in the lobby for a nap.
Be prepared to be approached by a person wanting you to visit a vacation property. Yes, the incentives are good, but the salesman gets upset when you don't commit to ridiculous monthly payments.
