I enjoyed every bit of our 4 days there. The minor mention was a different type of of shower curtain and wish there was an ice machine and breatter breakfast option but over all COOL 😎 big shout out to BRYAN ❤️

Place was ok to sleep but nothing special about it. Still has popcorn ceiling, no coffee in room, no shampoo or lotion, no blow dryer, etc. not convenient but we were able to sleep. Pet friendly was a plus!

The price was reasonable, the room was nice, and there was plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the front desk wasn't adequately staffed...i waited 5 minutes before someone showed up to give me shampoo, which wasn't provided unless you ask for it at the desk. Overall, it was a good stay, but it would have been better if shampoo was provided without having to go to the front desk to get it.

I really enjoyed my stay. Only thing about 201 is the air conditioning didn't work very well. I know for sure that bed had bed bugs. I have 2 small areas that I got bitten. Other than that staff was very helpful. Thanks David and romana for making it feel like home.

I frequent extended stay locations for my work. This location was a little less than desirable. We ran into some roaches in the room and the kitchen sink did not drain very well. The staff was nice enough and we were in the third floor so it was quiet in the evening.

Great free parking and very many open spaces. Everything else was pretty poor. Reception was lukewarm. Room was below average in cleanliness (the floor carpet was sticky) The bathroom - 1/5. Tiny tub/ shower area, no hooks or racks for clothes or towels to be hung, no dustbin - wow! Just so poorly designed! Will never come back.

I've stayed at Extended Stay America Suites before, and this location has been by far the worst. I booked this because I had great experiences at other locations and because of the complimentary breakfast, especially since I had my toddler with me while visiting family. While the place seemed a bit run down, the room was filthy. There was still someone's false lashes on the floor, debris underneath the bed and chair, and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. From 6-930am, the options were coffee, hot water, tea, maybe a couple of packets of Quaker oats, and some Nutrigrain bars. If you don't care for the complimentary breakfast and are staying for a longer period and utilizing the little kitchen, then it works, but if it's only for a few days with a family and little kids, then I do not recommend it.

Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Great price and convenient location within a half mile of both 101 and 85. No frills but I didn’t need any. Everything was satisfactory until I was lying in bed in the morning and in the corner of my eye I saw a cockroach running across the nightstand next to me. Luckily I had a bottle of water on the nightstand too and was able to grab it quickly enough to smoosh the uninvited visitor. Needless to say I immediately jumped out of bed and started getting dressed. When I told the attendant at the front desk and asked for some kind of credit or refund, even partial, I was told that I was already paying a discounted price through Hotels.com but that they would check with their manager to see if they could give me a $20 or $30 refund and then get back to me. I never heard back or saw any refund in my bank account.
