Mark was an amazing staff at the front desk, helpful, courteous, funny, after a long drive day, he was a breath of fresh! The room was very clean and spacious, there was so much room for a family of 5 and so happy for the 2 in room bathrooms!

My biggest gross out was the roach problem. We stayed 3 days. Everyday we saw small roaches. Older rooms, dated. Patchy fixes like door handles don’t bother me as much as the homeless people living around the hotel property and parking lot. I also paid for my cousins room as he was visiting from overseas. I was kinda embarrassed we chose this hotel. Staff was super friendly tho, I don’t blame them. They were extremely helpful and attentive. they can’t control all these hotel problems. That’s a management issue.

The hotel overall was good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only two issues were the homeless living along the street in front of the hotel and the pool is under maintenance.

The staff was nice and helpful but I believe more help is needed during the breakfast time as the food would run out and the supplies were out. Also, the food area needed to be cleaned and with 1 employee working, it wasn't enough to get everything done. The company needs to hire more personal for the breakfast hours. Overall, the property was nice and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and clean. A few things that I didn’t like was the area around the hotel had many RVs parked with people living in them, none of the people living there caused any trouble but it made the area look dirty and feel a lil uneasy. The hotel also failed to mention that their pool/jacuzzi area was out of service, which made me very upset because I had planned to swim during my stay. Overall, the price and the suite size was a 10! Would stay again, when the pool is fixed.

Very close to all the offices in the area. Since this is in a business district, becomes deserted in the evening and weekends. They have a two bedroom option which I did not find in the area or is over $400 per night. Very nice and helpful staff.
