Ideal place to do work from home. Excellent location, quiet and safe area. Close to many shops in Escazú and restaurants, excellent public transport service (bus stop in front of the apartment). Accommodation located on a first level, spacious, easy to move around, close to shopping areas. Parking space for 2 vehicles. Large green area with fruit trees and flowers.
Guest access
The apartment is exclusively for guests, the green area is shared with the owner of the property. The apartment has a guest room, bathroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, battery room and 1 vehicle park.
Other things to note
Apartment located next to main street. That means some noise since 6am.

There is a pet fee that must be paid prior to entry. Pets must be under 10 kilos, if not they will not be allowed.

Late check-out without prior agreement will have a fee of $20.
