Overall, a "good" stay. Property owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The location is good if you are interested in El Yunque forest (as we were). Good size house. Big rooms (except for the kitchen). Great views from the balcony. The bathroom has a brand new sink and vanity. There was nothing "bad" about the house, but I would call it "basic" or "functional." The appliances, bedding, and towels, for example, were all okay, but definitely basic. There were dishes, flatware, etc. But again basic quality. And, unlike some other rentals I have used (including others in Puerto Rico), it was furnished very minimal - e.g., 2 total pillows on a queen size bed; one extra trash bag.The online photos are generally true to what you get. However, they also "oversold" the "niceness" of the house and are a little misleading at times: e.g., the pics show the house during a sunny day with all curtains open, etc. Whoever took the pics really made the house look great. However, at night or during darker/cloudy days, the house is pretty dark - and multiple rooms have only a single light. We had to use some of the portable lanterns in the house to light up darker areas of the kitchen and bedrooms. The bedrooms looked worse for wear (compared to the online pics). There is definitely not a "private bathroom" or closets in the house, as suggested by the "about this property" info.
