To reach the island, you’ll hop on a free ferry that runs every 15 minutes from the Puerto Real docks in Fajardo. The ride takes just 6 minutes, but it feels like you’re entering another world.

🕙 Fridays & Saturdays: until 10:40 PM

🚗 Parking: Secure private parking is available near the dock for a daily fee, or you may park on the public street free of charge.

Unacceptable and Irresponsible Host

After traveling internationally with my family, we arrived at the property only to discover that our reservation had been canceled without any notice. The host had ignored all of our messages leading up to the stay, and when we finally reached him by phone, he unapologetically informed us that the apartment was not available—offering no explanation, no solution, and showing complete indifference.This left us stranded in a foreign country, late in the day, with no accommodation and no support. The host's behavior was not only unprofessional but also reckless and deeply inconsiderate. No traveler should ever be placed in such a situation.I strongly urge the platform to investigate this host, impose appropriate penalties, and consider banning him from the service. Hosts like this should not be allowed to list properties and put other travelers at risk.
