Chalet "Schnitzers Ferienheisl" with Mountain View, Garden & Wi-Fi

  • Schnitzers Ferienheisl is located just outside the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier, a lively holiday resort on the south side of the Ötztal Alps, at 690 m above sea level and. It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television and washing machine. A cot and a highchair are both available upon request.

    Outside, you will find a private garden and balcony, as well as a covered furnished terrace with a grill. All the outdoor area has remarkable views of the mountains that surround St. Leonhard.

    The village is 5 minutes away by car (2km). There you will also find bakeries, restaurants and bars, as well as an outdoor water park, which is open from mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only 15 minutes away by car (17 km). The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours away by car.

Sehr schönes Haisl und hat uns viel Freude gemacht . Ganz herzliche Familie und stets bemüht und freundlich. Idealer Ruheort und Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung , Ausflüge und Fahrradtour. Herrlicher Ausblick und Natur pur. Haus historisch und sehr liebevoll neu renoviert. Frühstück mit Blick ins passeiertal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder .

Charmantes bezauberndes altes Haus modern saniert und viel Platz innen und außen

Super nette Gastleute, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, viel Platz um das Haus, herrliche freie Lage, unser Hund wollte gar nicht mehr weg, viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Wir verbrachten traumhafte Skitage dort am Jaufenpass und Pregenzer. Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar, wir können das Haus, die Leute, Umgebung, St. Leonhard, zum Wandern oder Skifahren mit Kinder und Hund wärmstens empfehlen
