  • Apartment Hahndl II is located in the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria), a lively holiday destination on the southern side of the Ötztal Alps at 690 m altitude, just 20 km from the famous spa town of Meran (Merano). The region offers a wide range of sports and entertainment options all year round. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as a baby cot and high chair (available on request and for an extra charge).



    Outside, you will find a shared garden and balcony, plus a covered terrace with mountain views. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away (400 m).
