The Rapallo hotel in Florence, was an incredible experience ... from its fantastic location what allowed you to walk to the places of interest and its staff so helpful, friendly ... Regina was especially helpful, also the Spanish guy (I don't remember his name) we feel really happy about our stay in this small but beautiful family hotel. The afternoon snack provided after 5 pm is great !! And the breakfasts too, a very cozy atmosphere, I hope to return next year and I highly recommend it, Grazie Mille 💙🇮🇹

Hotel Rapallo is a very beautiful and modern hotel. Lorenzo greeted us upon our arrival and was very nice. Our room was beautiful and we appreciated that the bathroom had an actual door

Attention was given to every detail, including little things like lights you can turn off from bed and places to plug thing in right by the bed- both sides!. Not every hotel thinks of these things!

Horrible hotel - Do NOT stay here unless you want to get ripped off or raped. I stayed here to get some rest after a long day of Florence sight seeing and as a wokanb

The location was within easy walking distance of the city and train station, but away from the crowds. The hotel has a lovely decor and brillint breakfast and the staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and very accommodating, they made this trip a real treat.

During our 10 day trip to Italy, we stayed at 4 different hotels. Out of the 4, this one was my least favorite. I was a bit disappointed at the overall experience here. The room was the most disappointing. We killed several mosquitoes that kept appearing out of nowhere. Not to mention, I got bit by one on the face and I had a very bad reaction to it. The towels seemed a bit old and overused. The bathroom lights would flicker (the one above the shower didn't even come on), and the water in the shower would shutoff for about a minute. Very disappointing when you are in the middle of a shower and wondering if the water will come back on. Also, the water in the sink did the same thing. There were two windows in the bathroom, but when I opened one of them, the window door came right off. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was a lot smaller than at the other hotels we stayed at. If we ever go back to Florence, I would pick a different hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff were brilliant, owner on hand to assist with any query’s. This is a gem, you cannot go wrong with location, value for money, customer experience. I have stayed in many many hotels over the years & this one is up among the best!
