Amazing property! Service was great and breakfast included was delicious. They packed us a to go bag for each day which came in handy during our excursions. Highly recommend and love that it was extremely close to the train. We had huge luggage and a few extras and it was easy and simple to get to the train station. I can’t say more about the staff except that they were helpful and at our service.

The customer service is very , good location 15 minutes walk to the main attractions in florence. the rooms very clean and all renovated, the breakfast is delicious. the reception could not be better we were met at the front desk by the super attentive Francisco and gave us very good local restaurant tips. We had a very good time.

This hotel is a gem within Florence. It’s like your own private oasis. After a long day of walking and sight seeing you come back and get into the pool and relax. Room was great and lots of choices for breakfast. Not very far from the station

Location was close to everything - market, monuments, museums, shops, tourist bus, train station (just a couple of stops from Pisa!). You couldn’t fault the staff or the hotel. Excellent
