I had a great stay this weekend! The hotel was clean, everything in the room worked properly, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, which made the stay even better. The only downside was that a few amenities, like the iron in the room, seemed a bit old and could use an update. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

The hotel was very clean, well maintained with a friendly staff. Parking at the hotel was very convenient. What we didn’t like was the traffic noise from the adjacent streets. Luckily late at night it quieted down.

The hotel overall was in good condition & location was excellent. Service was average. We had to switch rooms at 1:30 am because the air conditioning started making noise as loud as a motorcycle. Our second room had a flooded bathroom upon check in, the moved my bother in law to another room. He never had hot water during his entire stay despite stopping by the front desk multiple times. Both new rooms were smaller than original ones.

Wonderful big breakfast at fair price, great friendly kitchen and desk staff, ideal location. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Our only small disappointment was that there is no roof patio for our cocktail hour. The roof patio pictured in the hotel photos is for a private suite on the top floor. But we could have used the lobby which is very nice and interesting.

This is a very mid-hotel, it is ok at best. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful with questions and concerns. The hotels hard product leaves much to be desired. The rooms are meant to be “smart” rooms, it was anything but, shower head was not properly attached and no mini fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold. The walls were very thin and you can hear just about anything in the halls and next door. Restaurant was ok, although service seems a bit scatter brained when serving or working tables. Food itself was ok, nothing to write home about but in a pinch works just fine for a meal. Distance to plazas for shopping, sightseeing and other restaurants is great! You’re within a 10-15min walk of various churches, clubs, and stores. Overall, very ok
