"Not a BnB person typically, but that will change after this wonderful experience. Unique in that it is an old paddle wheel boat. Brandon was an exceptional host - makes a great old fashioned (and we are from WI so we know a good one) and a breakfast that was outstanding."

"A spectacular view, easy shore access, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but not great. I wish it was closer to “downtown” Yachats—but I knew about that when I booked, but that’s the closest thing I had to a complaint."

"The property is very cozy, it felt like staying at home. It had amazing views out the living and bedroom. It was equipped with all we needed for the stay. The only negative aspect I saw were the bathroom mini blinds were covered with dust. There were also some drywall patches visible inside the bathroom and painted over as it they were in a rush. It is not a deal breaker for me but I wanted to be honest about my review.I recommend replacing the tub as it is not safe to go in or about of it, it can lead to a fall, specially if you are old and/or have issues climbing over things easily. I almost slipped myself when exiting the tub.Overall, Highly recommended it! It serves us well and we would stay here again if we ever fin ourselves in Oregon. "

"This was an adorable and affordable place to stay with our pets for five days. Perfect location and could still hear the roar of the waves. We had all the amenities plus a hot tub and outdoor fire pit. "
