The light-flooded holiday home “ Bergsuite” is surrounded by mountains at 1.1000m of altitude and just 7 km away from St.Martin in Passeier. It is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed family holiday surrounded by nature or for a ski getaway, and it impresses guests with its unique and breathtaking views over the Val Passiria, which are not only popular among guests, but also among locals, who are fascinated by it. The house consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and it can therefore accommodate 11 people. There is an option to put 2 more beds and one person can sleep on the sofa. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite and cable television, a travel baby cot (upon request), a highchair (upon request), and a washing machine. One of the main attractions of the property is its shared outdoor area with stunning views over the mountains. Here you can relax under the sun with a good book in the summer while kids play in the playground and spend time outdoors. The house also offers a nice little balcony with a table and chairs where you can start the morning with a warm cup of coffee. A barbecue for you to prepare tasty dinners can also be provided on request. The closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the village of St Martin in Passeier, which can be reached after 14 minutes driving (7km). This is the perfect accommodation for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts, as there are many ski stations in the area such as Bergbanen Pfelders (39 minutes driving, 26km) or Racines Giovo (1 hour and 10 minutes driving; 46.5km).

Pros: Super Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse, gemütliche, moderne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr liebe, hilfsbereite Vermieter, eigener Wirlpool mit Bergblick, urige Sauna,....Insgesamt war es ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Danke an die liebe Gastfamilie Cons: Eine Dusche mehr wäre für 9 Personen toll, da es häufig Stau gab. Etwas größerer Esstisch wäre schön.

Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung 15 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Ort entfernt auf dem Berg. Alles neu, wunderschön eingerichtet Wohlfühlen vorprogrammiert. Traumhafte Aussicht ins Passeiertal.
