  • 2 new apartments have been created on our farm - in the middle of St. Martin in Passeier in the heart of South Tyrol. Cows, free-range chickens and warm hosts with great enthusiasm for what they do live here at 600m.

    True hospitality thrives on attention to detail.

    Our style is rural and modern at the same time, but above all it is our very own, natural and sustainable materials ensure a good and cozy atmosphere in the house.

    On our farm you can get delicious fresh milk and free-range eggs from our hard-working animals.

    From the apartments you can reach the village and the bus stop on foot in just a few minutes, and the beautiful spa town of Merano is not far away for a trip to the most beautiful gardens in Europe and to follow in the footsteps of Sissi.

    At Feldbauer Apartments in St. Martin in Passeier, you can enjoy shared amenities such as covered terraces. In the Federleicht apartment, a private sauna on the terrace is at your disposal, as well as a charging station for electric cars, a garage for your car, and a lockable bike garage.



    The property is just a short walk from the village center, where you’ll find bars, a pizzeria, and restaurants serving traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. There’s a public swimming pool with a children’s pool in town. Public transport is within walking distance. A tennis court is also just a few minutes away. Traumhafte Tage mit so viel Herz

Pros: Wir durften eine wunderschöne Zeit auf dem Feldbauer in Sankt Martin verbringen – ein echtes Paradies für Groß und Klein. Gemeinsam mit unserer Tochter und Enkeltochter haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung strahlt so viel Wärme und Stil aus – man merkt, wie viel Herz hier hineingesteckt wurde. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren die vielen Tiere rund um den Hof. Vor allem die süßen Babyhasen haben Tochter und Enkeltochter besonders verzaubert. Jeden Morgen und Abend haben wir gemeinsam eine Tier-Begrüßungs- und Verabschiedungsrunde gemacht – die Freude unserer Enkeltochter dabei zu sehen, war für uns das schönste Erlebnis. Auch die heimischen Produkte durften wir mit Freude probieren – vielen Dank dafür! Danke für die erholsame, naturnahe und wunderschöne Auszeit – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Neues Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet, alles perfekt.

Pros: Das ganze Konzept "Heuglück" spiegelt sich in der Einrichtung, Farbe und Aussattung wieder. Wir waren mit der Familie dort im Urlaub und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin und die gesamte Gastfamilie sind offen, hilfsbereit und haben immer sehr gute Wandertipps. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.
