Holiday Home "Bergsuite" with Mountain View, Balcony, Garden & Wi-Fi

The mountain chalet "h e i m a t" is located in St. Martin in Passeier, in the heart of South Tyrol, and accommodates up to 8 guests. The 4 bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils.



Outside, enjoy your private garden with both covered and open terraces, plus a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. A private whirlpool and sauna invite you to relax. Barbecue and garden furniture are also available.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, game console, table tennis, fireplace, underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. Families will find a high chair, baby cot, toys, and a playground. E-bikes are available on request and can be used for an additional fee. Six parking spaces are provided on the property.



Pets are allowed on request (max. 2) and can be brought for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted. Breakfast service is available on request. The mountain breakfast basket is delivered to your door and includes South Tyrolean products such as bread, butter, eggs, jam, fruit, yogurt, croissant, and juice. Coffee is not included.
