"Everyone was super friendly, but I also loved the excursions desk. Both employees that I dealt with there were very informative and helpful. We really enjoyed the free bike rides on Fisherman's Wharf, and it was very helpful that the cable car was only a couple of blocks away. Great price, for a great hotel!"

"Had an amazing stay! My group of 4 got 1 room for 1 night, parking is simple and much cheaper than surrounding hotels. There’s a lot of coffee spots and restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast is a huge plus, it was yummy and I loved the window seating with street view. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we didn’t ask for a bay view but still lucked out and got a great view of the city! Will definitely be staying again for my birthday ! ❤️"
