The Villa is situated in a central zone in Bibione Beach, at the beginning of the residential neighbourhood and in the close proximity of the bus station, the open-air market and Luna Park area.

This 2 bedroom flat, which can host 4/6 guests, develops over ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor there are a living room with kitchen, a fridge and a double bed sofa, 1 bathroom with shower-box and a window, a fenced garden with fireplace; on the 1st floor there are a double room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower-box and a window, a balcony.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning system, microwave, washing machine and closet.
