Elegant and charming newly built residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80m luxuriant mediterranean wood. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and all apartments are furnished with sun umbrella, 1 sun chair and 1 sun bed, included in price. The shopping centre is 150 m from the Residence. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages with a coins laundry for guests. The apartments are on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor with loft. All levels are provided with lift.

Air conditioned 2 room apartment on the ground floor for 2-4 guests, composed of: living-room with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen corner, a complete bathroom with separate shower box and bidet, a private and fenced garden.
