"As a frequent traveler, the room that we had looked relatively modern. They offer a pretty decent variety for breakfast. They offer rubber flip flops too for the pool 🏊. Service was just ok. Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver....
"We had three wonderful days in Limone and got exactly what we expected: a spacious room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. The mattresses were a bit firm, and unfortunately, the shower isn’t ideal for people of average height.
The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing – until the pump starts running. So it’s best not to choose the sunbeds located right next to the pump. Breakfast was good, everything you need, and you even start the day with a glass of sparkling wine.
The walk...
"Very nice hotel. We went for a short trip. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and well kept. It was also a short drive from nice tourist places. "
"The staff were all very helpful, great rooms with a spacious terrace & beautiful views of the lake & surrounding mountains. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in alimony."
"The arrival to the hotel in small car is fantastic. The view from the room amazing. The breakfast buffet is grandiose.
The private pool is a plus. We will come back."

"Excellent location just outside of Malcesine, easily walkable. Fantastic panoramic views of the mountains from the pool and terrace. Pool was busy and limited sun loungers but views were breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. "
"For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. It is a bit dated, but that's expected and acceptable. The price is moreso the luxury of proximity than facilities. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Would go here again if in Malcesine."
"We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I could have stayed all summer!"
"The junior suite has an amazing lake view, comfortable bed (best of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy), large spa tub, and is very spacious.
The property is beautiful and well maintained and truly takes you out of the city. There’s an awesome terrace on the roof with a comfortable hot tub.
The breakfast buffet is also very expansive and there were some great dinner options too. The restaurant also overlooks the lake.
My only recommendation for those considering to stay here are ensuring you have reliable transportation (e.g, renting a car). With the hotel’s somewhat remote location, it would not be reasonable to walk there from the nearest bus stop with luggage and there is not an abundance of taxis. The taxis available cost 20 euros each way. We walked from the hotel to the town two days and found the downhill hikes a bit challenging (40 minutes) due to how steep the hills are.
