"Beautiful modern house, spotlessly clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. It would have been amazing if the kids could use the pool before 10am, though. It’s about a 10-minute hilly walk down to the seaside, with stunning views of the rocks and beautiful sunrises. The mornings are perfect for a walk, with mild temperatures before it gets much warmer around midday. You’ll need a car or taxi to get into the city, which is around a 20-minute drive. There are also shuttles to Siam Park and Loro Parque, but these are only available on Tuesdays and Fridays."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"Size of the unit was amazing and the full kitchen made it very convenient to prepare my own meals. If people have any mobility issues, it was not easy to get to the unit without help. Also the poolside restaurant had very good food and was reasonably priced."

"Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good."
