Luxury apartment with VV licence in the stunning El Nautico Suites complex consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen with air-conditioning. Access from the lounge and bedroom on to the terrace with sea view. El Nautico Suites sits on the sea front at Golf del Sur with additional on-site facilities of snack bar, well-manicured gardens and fountain area, reception and secure underground parking.
There is a small rocky beach just a stone's throw away and the coastal walkway to Los Abrigos can be joined from a private gate within the gardens of the complex.
Facilities include WiFi, safety deposit box, hairdryer, satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Within walking distance of the Golf del Sur golf course with two nine hole courses, practise range and club house, mini-golf and tennis courts.

Love this apartment so much. Really clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The recent renovations to the bathroom are great. Location is really peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the sea as a pleasant distraction. Shops are just a few minutes walk away along a lovely beach path. This was our second visit and we’ve already booked the third for the same time next year. Fantastic and highly recommended apartment in a lovely complex.

Great communication from Jacqueline prior to arrival and apartment fully met our expectations and online description.Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, including plenty of towels and a large comfortable bed.Balcony area perfect for chilling out and the pool area was also fantastic with plenty of sunbeds available during our stay.I enjoy swimming and the pool was also big enough to get a decent swim.The apartment complex and pool area are well maintained by friendly staff.Can't comment on the basement parking facilities as it's something we didn't need due to the local area of San Blas and Los Abrigos being within walking distance along the coastal walkway.Would happily book this apartment again, though for longer hopefully

We have stayed at El Nautico may times previously but this is our first time at Jacqueline’s apartment and we were not disappointed.Very clean and everything in good working order. We wanted for nothing.The sea view from the balcony is second to none and the location is just 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars and a supermarket.Highly recommended.

Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay special. From the initial handover and starter pack to their friendly helpfulness. The apartment is very conveniently situated, very well equipped, spotless and has magnificent views. The balcony which gets the afternoon sun is a treat. The apartment block is beautifully maintained and quiet. We had a fabulous week and hope to return.

Great apartment

We have just had a wonderful week in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, roomy, really well equipped and in a great location with San Blas on the doorstep which has plenty of bars and restaurants as well as two golf courses nearby and a twenty minute walk into Los Abrigos which is more of a quaint harbour destination also with bars, cafes and restaurants plus other walks to be had. The balcony has a table and chairs and two sun loungers although it doesn’t get a lot of sun which isn’t a problem as there is a great communal pool with sun beds. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be going back.

Lovely spacious 1 bedroom apartment with sea view from the large terrace. On site snackbar by the pool. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen. English satellite TV available. The apartment is only a short walk from San Blas centre which has lots of restaurants and bars. Underground parking space available. Great communication with the owner.

We have holidayed in Golf del Sur since 1999 and the El Nautico Suites are by far the most luxurious, clean and well maintained we have stayed in. We stopped for 17 nights and the apartment has everything you could want and to eat your breakfast with the sea view to enjoy is as relaxing as it can get. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and we have already booked again for 2015. The Great Wall Chinese restaurant in the San Blas Centre is our favourite for food and we love the many walks we have discovered along with the sea and Mount Teide views.

Ideal for Winter sun

Having stayed at El Nautico Suites before our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. The communal areas both inside and outside are maintained to the highest standard. The apartment we had was clean and comfortable and very well equipped with a lovely view of the bay. The property agent Jo met us as we arrived out of hours and a Welcome pack had been supplied which we were very grateful for. The allocated parking in underground car park was a god send as 'The Golf' as we call it has become very busy in the years we've been away and parking is at a premium. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return

Beautiful and peaceful location, lovely apartment, brilliant hosts

Sometimes I’m hesitant to leave positive reviews, because I’m selfish and want to keep good things to myself, but it’s fine because we’d already booked to come back again before we left the apartment. The view from the terrace is stunning. The sound of the waves in the small cove just below the apartment are enough to want to keep all of the doors open all night. Even the walk to the local supermarket - we didn’t hire a car - is a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the coastal path. The apartment is very well equipped and perfectly clean, with more towels and bedding - and bath robes! - than you’re ever likely to need. The hosts are excellent, and nothing was too much trouble, and it’s lovely to have a host that checks in with you to ensure everything is okay. Already excited to come back, and suspect it won’t be the last time either. Assuming of course it’s even available!
