20 METRES FROM THE SEA, you will find this magnificent and luminous bungalow, with a HEATED SEA WATER POOL and a HOT WATER RELAX POOL of 12 metres, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with Internet fibre at 300/300 mb. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village, 10 minutes walk along the promenade.



The bungalow is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It offers sea views, free Wi-Fi and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix. It has a large terrace with furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue (Weber Q2200) - ideal for enjoying meals, sunbathing and relaxing.



The house has 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a bathroom in the hallway) and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as quiet ceiling fans in two bedrooms and the living room.



The swimming pools are shared with the community and the apartment complex "11 Holiday Homes". There is a 20 metre seawater pool at 23ºC, a 12 metre relaxation pool at 35ºC of fresh water, and a children's saltwater pool as well. The pools are open all year round and have a lifeguard service.
