Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Very beautiful hotel, everywhere was clean, room was nice. The only downside for me was that breakfast was below average as there weren’t a lot of options. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, I needed a charger and they went above and beyond to get it. Great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel in the premium to luxury segment, modern room, splendid design, quality, the bed was amazing and the staff so courteous, friendly and warm in every possible way. Breakfast was a delight, same goes for dinner at Mochi on the 6th floor of the hotel. Highly recommend when visiting Bolzano/Bozen ...
