10/10 would definitely recommend. The hotel overall is excellent the rooftop pools with views were second to none, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Alaya was so peaceful and wonderful. What better be to stay than on the beach. Food was great. Breakfast lunch and dinner options right on the property. Free pool access to Alquimia which was next door.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—attentive, genuine, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from dinner reservations to insider tips on hidden cenotes and beach spots. The on-site restaurant served some of the best food we had in Tulum—fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or cocktails at sunset, every meal was a delight.
