"We arrived at the airport around 11:30pm, by the time we went through customs and baggage claim it was midnight. We were tired after a full day of traveling. We walked a short distance to a pick up location, waited maybe 10 minutes for our complementary shuttle and arrived at the hotel. Check in was fast, easy, and the receptionist was very friendly. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast which included some fresh local fruits. Raul (the breakfast buffet attendant) made us feel like we were VIPs and even offered some very helpful information on where my travel companion could get help for an ear ache. Loved my experience at this hotel, I would recommend this place to anyone whether it be for an overnight stay or a longer visit."

"En general las amenidades, servicio y entretenimiento muy bien. El check-in tardó mucho. A las habitaciones de la parte premium les vendría bien una renovación, ya se les nota sus años, en la reserva indicaba que tenia balcón pero era una terraza en el primer piso, con el aspecto positivo de que contaba con acceso directo a la piscina y el bar. La playa no es la mejor, el mar es peligroso, el muelle es bonito."

"The hotel was close to airport and the transportation was convenient. It was small secluded hotel with a nice view towards the city. I love the walking areas and the sound of nature at night and in the early morning. Breakfast was delicious. The shower was spacious and water pressure good! Beds were comfortable. I would return to this hotel. Thank you."
