"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I slept well and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. The free breakfast was good, but more importantly, the staff that was working the breakfast room was delightful. He was very personable and inquisitive, but not to the point of being intrusive or annoying. It is a good, safe location which I felt comfortable going for a run in the area."

"El hotel está aceptable, sin embargo, el funcionamiento es algo restringido y además hacen competencia desleal porque nos dijeron que si se reserva directamente con ellos hay otros beneficios que si se hace la reserva con otras plataformas y eso no me parece justo para el huésped porque igual se está pagando por un servicio"

"This hotel is very beautiful, but something to keep in mind. The food and beverages from the restaurant are very over priced. Just as an example a glass of Prosecco was roughly 22-25$ (USD) which is enough to just go out in town and buy your own bottle. Also, the breakfast for just my wife and I (buffet breakfast) cost us roughly $70 USD. The breakfast selection was basic and not impressive at all. We basically wondered what we paid 70 dollars for when we saw our choices. The property is beautiful and the service was amazing! Please keep in mind it is in the jungle so you will hear jungle noises at night. Which is to be expected and honestly I thought it was pretty neat."
