I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."
