Great location. A bit pricey, but they have a fully staffed lobby, and one must pay for that.

Staff was very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and although some of the spaces are showing signs of minor deterioration, the rooms were clean and quiet.

This is not a 2 star hotel. Do not let this fool you. This property is amazing!! The front desk was very nice and the rooms were clean. It’s a 10 min walk to the city center but it’s along the river and quite peaceful. I looked into why it only has two stars and it’s because Spain requires every hotel to have a star rating based on certain amenities. This hotel can not go over two stars because it doesn’t have a 24 hour reception. That’s the only reason. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay in a great hotel with great staff.

Hôtel très bien situé , calme et joli

Had an absolute blast staying at this wonderful hotel. 1 minute walk from Abando Metro Station and just around the corner from a street full of Pintxos/Tapas Bars. 10-12 minute walk from the Famous Guggenheim Museum to the Northwest, and roughly the same distance to Casco Viejo (Old Town) to the East across the river. There's a 24h shop just 2 minutes away. Staff are super helpful and caring. Cleaning is carried out daily and the breakfast buffet is spoiled for choice. Room service is available until 22:30. You are provided with a mini fridge as well as a shaving kit and a toothbrush and paste, The bar prices however make no sense since you can have the same for less just a minute walk away. But overall I had a fantastic time! Highly recommend!
