Our property is located on two levels featuring a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and breakfast for dining and on the mezzanine floor a double ensuite bedroom with bathroom including a shower and wc.

Situated in Villa Gaeta castle, the scene of the finale to 007’s Casino Royale film. Tastefully furnished with quality fixtures and fittings at every turn. The home enjoys a beautiful 180 degree panoramic view of the lake and mountain back drop from the living room window.

Sofa bed located in living area for 2 more guests (For additional guests using the sofa bed for an additional charge) Please ask at time of reservation for a quote based on 3 or 4 guests linen and bedding available for a small charge.

Home therefore can sleep a total of 4 guests.

"Unique & excellent place to stay while holidaying in Lake Como. Truly Amazing. Where to begin, host Barrie was super, going out of his way to assist us in having a perfect stay. Apartment Andrea in the wonderful villa Gaeta is a spectacular rental with modern facilities and definitely has what you would call 'A room with a View'. We had use of sunbeds on the private beach and enjoyed swiming every day which was one of our holiday highlights. The grounds of villa Gaeta are beautiful with many places to sit and relax while taking in the magnificent views. A holiday rental we will always remember. Highly recommend"
