"Hotel is logistacally located by Leaning Tower of Pisa. Its clean and the room is spacious. No elevator but they carried our luggages up. Front desk very friendly and helpful. About a mile away from Pisa Centrale train station. Highly recommended."

"I picked the wrong room without a shower… room was MUCH smaller the the website…I stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately I think I have bed bugs. I could not leave there fast enough. "

"Avoid at all cost! The location of this hotel is excellent and impossible to fault. It is central, with a lovely position on the river, making it ideal for exploring the area. The included breakfast was also a positive, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. There was almost no protection from outside noise, and the street noise was constant, especially early in the morning when the street cleaners started. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not fit for purpose. Every movement caused the frame to creak loudly, which was hardly surprising given it appeared to be made from plywood. As a result, we had an awful night’s sleep and decided to check out after just one night and stay somewhere else. There was also no proper hot water. We only discovered this the following morning when we turned on the shower, and the water was barely lukewarm. The bathroom itself was in very poor condition, with missing tiles, obvious poor-quality repairs, and a bathtub that looked discoloured and unclean. The staff were pleasant on arrival, but much less helpful when we raised these issues at check-out. They suggested we should have reported them sooner, but the problems only became apparent late at night and the following morning. Whilst I understand this is an old hotel that has a nice charm, the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness were not met!"

"The perfect base for a family stay in Pisa. About a five-minute walk from the Leaning Tower and even less from the main shopping street - yet tucked away in a quiet side street which makes for a peaceful stay. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the streets and piazzas all around. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room so comfortable. The roof terrace with its wonderful view of the Tower was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is ideal, close to the centre with just a 20 minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the airport by car. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and communication was always quick and easy. The little touches made such a difference, especially the daily wine in our room and coffee available in the common areas. Francesco was incredibly kind and even helped us arrange a taxi. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again."
