"Very central, check in and luggage storage was very easy, and our room & bathroom were great, bathroom was very modern and clean, and the room was really big. Reception staff were friendly and helpful."

Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)"
