"The hotel was overall amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the property is very well maintained. There is some light wear in the main areas and bathroom, but nothing that takes away from the experience. It still feels very nice, not dated at all, and hits all the important notes. It is also close to everything, making it a very convenient and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the location."

"Need maintenance. No hot water. We made a reservation for the castle and the palazo and they placed us on another place stating that it was better. After our strong claim they agreed to change us. Not a pleasent experience"

"The hotel is a little remote, but it was an easy drive to Malpensa Airport. It's a well-maintained facility, although business seemed pretty slow during my stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. It's located in the residential area of a small town, and I imagine that it would be a pleasant place to explore if one had more than a single night."
