"The location is very nice, waterfront with great views. The Hotel is well kept and clean. Nice rooms, decent size and well designed. The staff is very nice and they try to please you as much as they can. Their restaurant had good food, has a very classic set up, which is very nice for weddings and other events. I do feel however that they are not taking advantage of theirs outside space. I am pretty sure that a lot more guests would dine at the hotel, if they set up their outside tables creating a much more memorable and romantic atmosphere. Great Breakfast"

"A very private, comfortable villa with all modern household conveniences. The garden is well kept, and the swimming pool is excellent. Just what you need after a hot day sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay. We'll recommended."

"Really, it was good. A very nice hotel with an incredibly welcome staff. They solve your problems immediately if you have any (we had a problem (my wife felt ill at ease) and they organized an ambulance at once). Nice pool, clean and cosy. It’s cleaned up every morning and is open 9.30-19.00. You have got a coin douche, toilets, transats. Well, you know it’s not a five stars hotel, but it’s calm and six minutes walk to the beach. There is a free parking, it’s not near the hotel, you should walk 3-4 minutes. But it’s quite practical. Good breakfast for this hotel. For those who smoke : book rooms with a seaside view, otherwise you’ll be fried on your balcony afternoon."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Balestrate est une ville très animée. Les gens sont souriants respectueux, gentils. On s’y sent bien.Il y a plein de choses à visiter aux alentours, la voiture est indispensable.La maison a tout pour passer un excellent séjour et est très confortable. La piscine est un bonus et un privilège.Mimo a été adorable, une personne très gentille et de bons conseils, l’accueil a été super.Nous recommandons les yeux fermés."

"Many thanks to Katuscia & family for such a welcoming and friendly environment. Ciro was a super contact point - warm, responsive, efficient, a real gent!The property is between 2 family-owned properties (one of which houses chickens, horse, dog), but we had ample privacy. It is safe and secure, with 2 sets of gates. Easy to get to Balestrate/beaches in 5 minutes by car, and surrounding regions too. Don’t bring an SUV or 4x4, as the roads are too narrow. The house is in good condition. It has all you need, helpfully stocked with olive oil, spices etc, appliances are easy to use. Lots of hand soap/towels, and there was a lovely welcome basket of essentials when we arrived. Plenty of bedsheets, and the lounge had a comfortable sofa and TV, and air-con worked perfectly. There is a decent supermarket 5 mins drive away, and a great range of restaurants. The pool is magnificent, and a great temperature every day. The garden has excellent spots to enjoy the sunshine, with many options for outdoor cooking and dining. Some things for future visitors. 1: the property is really 2.5 bedrooms - the single bedroom is very small, with no air-con but instead a fan. 2: light sleepers might find the cockerel next door disturbing (noisy from 4.45am),solved by closing shutters, turning air con up and using earplugs. 3: as you are staying on a family compound, you will also hear the very lively & loud parties next door on a weekend. None of this was a problem for us, and we had a lovely trip!"
