"A sufficiently adequate kitchen. Although missed a dishwasher. Water pressure upstairs ruled the shower out. Pool and garden were amazing. Lots of sunshine made it even better. Eating alfresco was the best.Centre of town is close by. You definitely need a car. Taxi/Uber is expensive. Good location giving access to the north coast to do many trips."

"We arrived at the airport much later than we expected but as soon as we switched the phones on we had a message from Ciro letting us know that he was aware of the delay and sharing the meeting point location for us to meet him. And that was how it continued, great communication and we quickly appreciated his help, guidance and advice.On arriving at the villa, we were absolutely delighted with it. The pool was beautifully lit up for our arrival and you could see right away how well cared for the property was. The inside didnt disappoint either from the well equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and lounge area. Dining was possible in three areas that each had their own tables, inside the kitchen, outside the front door and of course, by the pool so plenty of choice for outside dining and we found that we moved with the sun!We cant fault the villa at all. We booked it because of its high review rating and it did not disappoint in any way.The location itself was great as we prefer a little bit away from tourist centres and Balestrate hit the spot. Hidden gems of restaurants, shops, butchers and cake shops. We had the best pizza we've ever had in the town and we've eaten a lot of pizzas! The people themselves had a gentleness and friendliness about them and always engaged with us and welcomed us wherever we went.We couldnt find anything to fault the property or location and thanks to Ciro, Maria and Giorgio for an amazing vacation."

"Beautiful property. Great pool and fantastic value. Balesrate bit of a suburb. Nice beach but not much to do there. With a car you can get to some wonderful places. Great communication via WhatsApp with proprietor,though be ready translate which is no problem these days. Would definitely return. Thank you Angela!"

"The property was lovely. The town was a short walk but it was up a very steep hill - okay for healthy and fit adults like us. We hired a car and did a lot of touring. It was a great base for this.Would be fantastic if they added a pool for the villa apartments to share - other than that it is perfect. Garden was lovely for a relaxed breakfast and evening drinks."
