"La villa es excelente, tal cual las fotos, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, la máquina de café buenísima, Franco y Marinella siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier problema, gente maravillosa, ubicada en un lugar de ensueño, en medio de un olivar, y muy cerca dé Panicale un pueblo lindisimo, pasamos 2 semanas maravillosas. "This was an amazing place to stay for our family of 5 (9, 7 and 5). Everything was clean and well appointed. Raffaella was an amazing host and we were able to participate in the olive harvest at the orchard, as well as a horse riding lesson. This was an incredible value for the level of comfort and unique location. Panicale is such a beautiful little town with a castle, amazing food and beautiful countryside. If you are renting a car, be sure it has good clearance as the road to Poggio Del Pero is but rough in spots, but absolutely worth it. We will definitely be returning. "

"We enjoyed a magical three weeks in Castiglion Fosco. Andrea and Gilda have lovingly restored and enhanced an historic cottage, retaining one hundred percent of its charm and adding one hundred percent modern amenities: lovely cooking facility, up to date bathrooms, beautiful handmade tile floors, lots of ceramic details painted by a local artist, wonderful BBQ, stone terraces, and meticulously maintained pool. When there was a mechanical problem with the water heater after a lightning storm, Andrea got it fixed immediately. He also correctly suggested that we park our car in the upper town lot instead of threading it through a tiny arch and up a steep, turning drive. It was lovely to take the short walk every day for our outings and then stroll back down the hill in the evening.The pharmacy, post office and coffee bar under the tower give the hamlet a little more life than most of the nearby castles and small towns, and Tavernelle is right nearby with very good grocery shopping and road connections to the rest of Umbria.Best of all, the quiet was unbelievable. Just a few roosters and geese in the distance, at least at this time of year when many of the other houses were closed up.The surrounding landscape is so green and various, as are the clouds and sunrises and soft sunsets, that we easily read out the encroachments of modern power lines coming up the hill next to the house from an electric generating plant in the valley. All in all, superb!"

"Elisa's cottage is a thoughtfully curated place with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Panicale. She is an incredibly responsive host, and we truly felt like her guests. She greeted us with a bottle of local wine and even sent some fresh eggs round during our stay which were delicious!We were there during a heat wave which meant the air conditioning in two rooms (the bedroom and the lovely sitting area) was a welcome feature. We had a fabulous time and plan to return! Thank you, Elisa!"

"We stayed in Elisa's place in Panicale for 5 nights and it was the perfect place for us. It has a beautiful yard, comfortable and spacious kitchen, large bedroom and living room and the best part is that we could easily walk all over the historic centre! It was clean, very beautiful and we even had a BBQ one evening in the beautiful covered gazebo. Parking is very easy and close by, and the host was very responsive. Loved this place!"
