"Location was great. Fantastic walking trails. Only had one hair dryer and night light for 2 bed/2 bath chalet. We had to ask for iron and ironing board which was a listed amenity, but owners brought one to us very quickly. An alarm started beeping in the middle of the night. It took us 2 hours to find and turn off the carbon monoxide monitor. Owners should proactively replace batteries in alarms on a regular basis to avoid this inconvenience for their guests."

"Room was very clean and tidy. It is only a mile or 2 outside of Bayfield. The units are private in the woods but are close to the highway so you do hear a light bit of traffic. There is a fan in the room and we travel with a sleep noise maker so was not an issue. Price is reasonable for the area and I would stay hear again."
"We had an amazing family vacation staying at the Sunset Bay Lodge. The beach and dock area was a highlight for our group. We spent plenty of time hanging out at the water; sunning, playing and fires. The paddle boards and Kayaks were a VERY nice inclusion. The hunt for sea glass was a constant adventure. The house was very spacious and accommodating for large groups. The extended dining table is great for everyone to eat together. There are plenty of cups, plates and silverware. The massive fridge and freezer were perfect for our large group. The house boasts plenty of room to hangout indoors on those rainy days. We were thankful for the pile of wood the owners supplied for the outdoor fire pits. That is a very nice inclusion. One item to note is that guests are responsible for removal and disposal of their own garbage via the town recycling center just down the road. The center is only open certain days, so plan accordingly. The cost is 5 per small white garbage bag and 10 per large black bag. Thankfully we brought a few large black bags as we were able to fit 4-5 white bags in each black bag:)We will definitely consider staying at the Sunset Bay Lodge in the future. "
