Thank you. Great staff.

Located in a quiet leafy suburb, this is the ideal blend of convenience and value for money when staying in Oxford.

Excellent food and great service. At check in we were allocated a room with a nice view as we we’re staying 4 nights. Room was serviced daily and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, the location was good and the price was right. We met long lost friends over breakfast and had a delightful visit to Oxford.

Interesting place. The room was fine, bathroom was well fitted out. I wasn’t expecting the pub to be so lively on a Sunday night as we had a young baby with us but the noise was manageable. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress who served our breakfast was outstanding, the most attentive waitress I’ve ever come across (mature lady with grey hair). The restaurant attached is excellent and the food for lunch and dinner is excellent.

Absolutely brilliant time. Gorgeous courtyard rooms that were spotless. Lovely touch of having classic fm playing in the room as we arrived. Table and chairs outside the room so we could sit out in the evenings. Nothing to do apart from visiting the abbey but a brilliant spot for visiting Oxford city center. Amy the manager was fantastic and available any time of the day or night to help and advise.

Great place for location a 5 min bus ride into Oxford. Great welcome from John a man of information. Cleanliness excellent. Decor good well kept. Breakfast top score. Room was adequate size and comfortable...... however it had no window bad choice for our hot summer.... we did have a fan And survived. Would definitely return but would choose a different room.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Malmaison in Oxford. It is a truly intriguing experience given that the premises is in fact an old prison that dates back on the site for centuries. Every detail in the hotel was fantastic. And the staff were super attentive and very very welcoming.

The host that greeted us on arrival was fantastic - friendly, welcoming and informative, while remaining professional at all times. Lovely hotel, ideally located with ample parking

Perfect place to stay for a week-end in Oxford. Dont bother with a Taxi to Oxford take the Bus and travel through beautiful countryside. The hotel could not have been nicer. Great stay.
