"Efficient, friendly staff and the hostess Donna couldnt help us enough,very nice lady,let us know where we could eat and drink. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean and immaculate.Complimentary continental breakfast which was unexpected but much appreciated., Great location for visiting Anfield and approx a 20min walk,but plenty of bars en route. Will definitely stay again when we are next up,100% recommend. "

"I stayed in room 3. Car park was difficult to find when tired and received no instructions it was round the back off other roads.Unusual set up place not staffed so key in a locked box. Cons: Place very tired and in desperate need of renovations. My room itself was weird with weird origami swans glued to wall, rubbish down the radiator. Lights in bathroom only one worked and there are bathroom rugs covering the fact the floor wasn’t tiles on one half and it’s only concrete board. The shower...

"Although the booking had a little mix up the owner/manager was excellent. He acted immediately and resolved the issue. The cleaning staff (I wish I had her name to praise) were very polite and did a great job. Would stay again. "

"Owner was brilliant and welcoming, the cleaning service was unintrusive, located in a great area a walkable distance from the town centre."

"Nice place. The host was welcoming and the room was good.Just found the service charge of £5 for charging on top electricity charges a bit excessive. It could be done away with. Overall a good place. There is a pub round the corner as well which is very handy"

"Diabolical! At the reception, out of the blue, the man decided to insult me and belittle me, in front of my partner. Both, my partner and I were shocked by this. When I complained to his wife, she was helpful and got him to apologise. The apology, in a way, made things worse, because the man kept on saying that he wasn't being racist. Why did he bring race in to it? I didnt bring race in to it. I didn't see things in racial terms. I just saw him as plain rude! Why did he bring race in to...
