"We cannot wait to stay at Mallards View again. Wonderful property with everything you need in place, including some very welcomed extra treats. It is situated across the road from a lovely park and duck pond, in a very quiet area. The perfect property for complete rest and relaxation. "We spent 3 nights here over easter weekend Plenty of room for 4 adults (one in a wheel chair ) and 2 small dogs The property is right in the heart of the new forest And close to beautiful beach of Milford on sea lovely walks, Plus local shops just up the road Extremely comfortable every thing you will need in the house And bonus of a beautiful garden We were very lucky with the weather Highly recommended place to stay"

"Property was tired and not as shown. Not clean. We had light bulbs that didn’t work, chipped crockery, a small tv with a router that kept the screen image blinking throughout programmes and then to cap it all a blocked sink in the downstairs toilet. We left before the end of our stay. Would never go back."

"We found the bungalow to be really clean and well equipped. It was so nice to have a decent sized, quiet garden to relax in on the days that we decided to just chill out. Lovely comfortable furniture in the large lounge. It is just a short walk into the village of East Wittering where there is a really good variety of shops and places to eat. The beach is literally a five minute stroll away, lovely. Overall we had a lovely break in a very comfortable property."

"Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked...
