"The staff were so rude. This wasn’t even our problem every guest we ran into here had the same issue. They don’t clean any rooms, they are in no way helpful, they always acted like we were an inconvenience when we would ask any questions. When we first entered the hotel we were met with a man at the front desk that started yelling at us because we waited at the wrong place to get picked up even tho we asked them several times where to get picked up and they weren’t answering us. Their driver picked us up anyway and then they yelled at us for allowing her to pick us up from the wrong spot. Their pool is disgusting and never clean, and they have 2 elevators that often freeze and shake. Do not stay here, terrible experience."

"Room was great, clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Only downside was sound travels. We were on the first floor and you could hear clearly people talking in the hallway and doors slamming shut. "

"Clean and the smart room is interesting and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast in the cafe is wonderful with the environment, view and food. The garden and artwork are fascinating and we enjoyed throughout our stay. This is our favorite staycation location!"

"Some people should not be working the front desk the gentlemen that checked me in was not very welcoming believe he was tired of seeing anymore tourists Speeking under his breath and making very odd facial expressions like holding back frustration very uncomfortable The rooms outdoor pool and poolside bar are top notch. "

"Door code wasnt set up for check in time, but host was quick to help. On entry the house was made a great first impression. Was just what we were looking for for a week stay..... untill the pool. Pool was very obviusly not takin care of for some time, contacted the host and they said theyd have it taken care of first thing in the morning. Returned the next night to the same results. At that point we cut our stay short because the pool was the only reason for us booking this property."
