A community pool within walking distance & Mayfair Golf Course right across the street (0.8 miles)! 45 min. to beaches, 40 to Disney, 35 to Universal, I-Drive shopping, 30 to Winter Park, & 20 to the Springs. This beautiful home has all the amenities you'd expect and then some!
The Space:
This is a very elegant and clean 4/2 home complete with a sun room in the back of the house (this is the 4th bedroom). The kitchen is very spacious and modern complete with all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. The kitchen table can accommodate 6 people and there is a very comfortable couch and love seat in the living room with a large flat screen TV with local channels, Netflix, & Amazon Prime (as well as in the Master Bedroom). The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have queen Murphy beds which can be easily stowed away for more room during the day. The Sun Room (4th bedroom) is furnished with another couch (pulls out to a double bed) as well as 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds), a ceiling fan and a built in A/C unit. There is a 4 burner grill in the backyard. Finally, in the garage you will find a ping pong table with paddles and balls along with a washer/dryer with laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board. The large community pool is a couple hundred yards around the corner and close enough to walk or has parking if you want to load up the car and drive over.
Guest Access:
The driveway is spacious enough to hold 4-5 vehicles. The neighborhood will tow any cars parked on the street.
The Neighborhood:
A very quiet neighborhood located near the border of Sanford and Lake Mary which makes it very convenient to both! Right across the street from the only golf course in Sanford, Mayfair Meadows Golf Course.
Other Things to Note:
15 Guests: 2 in each of the 3 main bedrooms + 1 on a twin floor mattress in the master, 7 in the Sun Room/4th bedroom (2 on the double sofa couch, 4 on the bunk beds and 1 on the twin floor mattress), 1 on the couch in the living room. At full capacity of 15 guests things will be a little tight. Access to the 4th bedroom/patio is either through the 2nd bedroom or it has a separate entrance via the backyard.
If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).
$200 refundable security deposit.
Interaction with Guests:
I live approximately 20 minutes away and can stop by and take care of things if anything should arise.
