AC would only work on the coldest setting and would randomly make really loud noises. Read everything about amenities before booking. You have to pay for just about everything separately from booking.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Place looks to be a fairly new facility, no towels at all was told they was short on towels and needed washed. Staff at counter was rude and place smells like weed everywhere. Ac didn’t work. Absolutely disgusting dirty from the lobby to elevator had body fluids in it the whole time we stayed if I could found another place we would have left.

The bed was full of hair and stains, smelled like cigarettes and dirt. Upon arrival and upon departure after complaining for the unclean bedroom, the staff was ineffective helping me.

That property needs to be closed down by the state health department. It was very dirty and smell. In addition, roaches were crawling on the floor in the bed, on the pillows. It was a disaster. My wife and I left the same night to go check-in a nearby hotel. I paid my money for nothing. Expedia should drop them. It is the worst place ever!

Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Our hotel room needed serious cleaning. Shower door track, counter surfaces, floors were really bad. Bought cleaning wipes to clean our room. Only amenities were small bars of soap. For coffee my husband went next door to the Wawa gas station. People hanging around hotel front door. Not sure if they were staying there or not. Elevator out of order. By the looks of the stairwell, the elevator hasn’t worked for a while. I’ve worked in travel for over 20 years. This is the worst place I’ve stayed.

Was completely blown away by this hotel. I have stayed at woodsprings hotels across Florida and have never had this experience. First it took over half an hour to check in, we couldn't even get checked in. While waiting we noticed more and more. One of our group went to use the restroom while waiting and found a place to dispose used needles. There was a lady yelling on her phone in the hallway, another lady right by the front door smoking weed. When I first walked in there was a lady with kids acting a little crazy, trying to used a key card to get into the hotel and it wasn't working. The lady at the desk wasn't helping them so I am guessing they weren't allowed to stay there anymore. There was a sign saying if you don't throw your trash out you will be evicted, guessing people are living there. WE LEFT! We did not stay and I am looking to get a full refund. We ended up having our guests sleep on our couch instead. The lady at the desk was nice, thats the only thing nice I have to say about this place.

Well, I thought for being in a really nice part of town that this was just going to be a cheap nice stop off the interstate. Upon arrival expect to see questionable looking people in the parking lot charging their phone on the outside of the building . The hotel staff was more interested in playing on her phone, and I found myself just standing there in silence wondering what was going on while trying to check in. She did help with a request I needed to make for switching rooms so I did appreciate that. Guests were a little rowdy constantly going in and out and it was a little loud I had to turn on the TV. They were out of cups, so I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning. One good thing is the room was clean and it was well equipped with what it needed. Bed wasn’t bad or uncomfortable. It was ok for the price.

WORST EVER
WORST EVER?!! If you do choose to stay here, pleas Please watch all of your receipts that you get the manager, his name is Todd He is sleeping with every one of the employees there The first week there they got an extra $700 out of me and then just this past week they got another $400 extra out of me so I promise you so don't waste your time going to stay there. You will end up getting ripped off in the long run or your wife might end up getting something she don't want

Had hard time doing this review. I dont like giving bad reviews. I know there are real people that often work hard at these places. It always comes down to the management There was no single thing glaringly wrong, but i gave it 2 stars overall because generally (overall) it is not a good stay experience. My wife and i were getting some major renovation done on our home so we decided to stay here because the room had a small stove & refrigerator, the price was reasonable, and it was only 10 minutes away from our house. Since i live in Sanford, i knew this property was new.... only built a few years ago. I was expecting it to look newer\better inside than it did. The main takeaway from this place is that there are shockingly a lot of people actually living in this hotel....they arent just staying for a week or month...they live there with crying kids, dogs etc. The area around the hotel has a lot of car\truck traffic and you can clearly hear the noise in the rooms, especially at night. The carpet in the hallways between the rooms was stained in a lot of places. The floors in the room were not cleaned well and the cleaning staff will not clean your room until you move out. You are responsible for taking your garbage out to the dumpster in the back parking lot. The place basically has a low rent feel and clientele. The front desk staff was friendly enough but somewhat unprofessional. Next time i will spend more money and stay somewhere better.

I love staying here anytime I'm visiting Sanford or surrounding area,easy check in. Friendly staff and clean room,really enjoy having a kitchenette. Also nice to have a WaWa, Outback Steakhouse and a cracker barrel all in walking distance from the resort. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice and clean place indeed.
