Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. "There is no a place for the dogs to do their business - it is all broken up concrete = no receptacles for the BM. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people talking in the room next door and the air conditioner did not work well. It is not close to the historic part of town and on the busy highway so you can hear the traffic. I will never go back there. Very, very disappointed but the staff was very nice which helped me deal with a difficulty situation."
