"Ocean views and breezes from the screened in porch. We left the doors and windows open and didn't need any air-conditioning. Entire condo was lovely and comfortable. Perfect for a family. Nicely decorated. On property swimming pool and the ocean steps away. Shelling was amazing!!I would highly recommend this property. Not one negative thing to say!"

"We stayed at Island Inn on Sanibel Island for 2 nights just before Christmas when it was not so busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room is nice and cozy, with a fully functional kitchen and spacious bathroom We love the beachfront location, very convenient for the family. Free beach chairs, umbrellas, grillsll, and beach toys, you name it! Free parking in designated spaces, one for each unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered a tide chart at check-in for you to plan shelling activities, LOL. In my opinion we had the best beach for collectingseashells right in front of the hotel. "

"Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again . "
