Immaculate and affordable duplex located a short walk to Sanibel beaches. 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins) / 1 bathroom with private laundry and off-street parking (pricing is for one unit only). Located just a 5-minute walk from Nerita beach and less than 1 mile from the causeway make getting to the beach or on/off the island a breeze! (who wants to spend their vacation sitting in traffic on Periwinkle?) Private outdoor lanai allows a nice place to relax with ample privacy. Outdoor shower available for use, great for those who bring their pets to the beach.
