"Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. "We were not given the room we originally booked. The lights didn’t work in one room. We had no phone to call the front desk in the room. And had to look up the number and use our own phones. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Staff weren’t friendly. One bed in our room had a huge dip in the middle. We were not given any access to WiFi passwords. And customer service gave us three different stories and prices when we asked to extend our stay just for a late checkout. The kids were swimming and using the water slide and staff kept turning off the water on it while they were on it. All around, I’d rather stay somewhere that has staff trained with customer service and problem solving skills."
